1. HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE PRICING ?

 Shipping cost is as stated when you check out. It varies from product to product and on your location.

We do provide international shipping on most orders.

3. HOW DO YOU SHIP ?

We ship orders oversea by EMS/USPS mail service by air.

After we finish processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service where it will be delivered to the stated address when you ordered your item(s).

SHIPPING TIME

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED ?

The shipping time depends on your exact location. However :
Please allow 3 - 5 Business Days for Handling 
Please allow 1 - 4 Weeks for Shipping

Having said that, we'll try and have your package delivered as fast as we can within and even before the allocated time.

2. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

If you wish to track your order please let us know and we can email you the tracking code of your order(s). Or you can enter the order number in the homepage  to track the order, or you can login into our website and view your order tracking number! The tracking website is :

3. WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR ?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.

4. WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED ?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due for e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
